ALEX SIMONIAN
Alex discovered her love of yoga in 2016. She was drawn in by the compassion, community, and newfound sense of freedom that accompanied the practice. Alex is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, completing all of her training at The River Yoga in Denver, Colorado. While her schedule consists mostly of sweaty, sultry vinyasa classes, she is also certified in deep stretch and slow flow formats.

Alex is an energetic teacher who aspires to share the magic of yoga with all beings. Believing deeply that we are all connected, she encourages her students to drop into the essence of yoga by constructing creative, immersive classes. Alex's style is raw, fluid, and sweetly challenging- allowing students to fall deeply into their practice with novel curiosity.

Yoga offerings include both private classes and group classes offered through her regular schedule at The River Yoga in Denver.
Private yoga classes are available upon request. Private offerings span a range of formats from meditative slow flow to empowering vinyasa. In a private class, the practice can be customized to the needs of your group- with special consideration given to atmosphere, length of class, and musical selection. Private classes can take place in person or online.
